Paint problems

Due to the generosity of others, I now have a paint problem I never thought I would ever encounter.

Swampy Frostgrave Warband

The Warband "The ones who came from that swamp... no, the one further down the hill from that swamp."

Back Row, L to R:

Madame Slawd (thug or barbarian), Hag-of-the-Swamp, Carp-Butcher-of-the-Night, the Blackfly Queen. M. Slawd is the kind of hag that would use your toes in a stew before ever consider talking to anyone, yet she begrudgingly follows Mudd into Frostgrave for what seem to be contentious reasons.  You know she doesn't want to be there, because she hates everyone.  Why she's with Mudd, no one will ever know.

Glib (spearman), a monster from the place where only duckweed grows.  He communicates using only guttural, gurgling sounds like breath escaping deep, deep muddy water.  The slime on his skin continuously sheds, and he leaves a slime-trail wherever he goes.  Victims from his spear are frequently "stored" underneath rotting logs and piles of tree bark.

Sir Croaker (knight), the bonded servant to Wizard Mudd.  Brave.  Magnificent.  Cultured.  Cataloger, Collector, and Connoisseur  of bot-fly larvae.

Mudd the Wizard (witch, probably), he's like a Lorax but he speaks for the swamp, and has a way worse attitude about it.  He carries the "Willow's Guide" staff, which, when held to the full moon, curls into a pattern that describes the change of seasons every year.  This information is of great importance to all things amphibian or reptile, which has catapulted Mudd into a leadership role amongst sentient swamp creatures.

The Tortoise (apothecary), like all tortoises, The Tortoise calls itself what others call it.  No one is sure if the The Tortoise is male or female (or both) or where it comes from.  But it can soothe grievous wounds with the application of special salves brewed from ancient and previously thought extinct mosses.  I could go on, but that's all we really need.

Mauthe (spearman), an avenger from a far-away pond, on a quest to gain some kind of magic salvation for his dying frog-people.  The map on his shield shows a map of his pond from five years ago.  It has shrunk considerably since then.

Front Row, L to R:

Bango (thug), a little rascal who works for cheap, sometimes just for the chance to stab someone.  Not to be trusted.

Balthazar (apprentice), diminutive but full of spirit.  He carries the only other known "Willow's Guide" staff, which curls into a pattern that describes the seasons.  Quite polite, really, and good friends with Sir Croaker.

Dart (archer), another little rascal with a bow and quiver full of arrows.  He's quick, doesn't talk much, and silently accepts his pay.  No one really knows much more about him, but he showed up with Bango.

ZipZip (thief), another Tortoise, but of a smaller variety and is affectionately called ZipZip.  He's been around a long time, and is relatively known amongst other circles within Frostrgrave explorers and dealers.
